The 120 Project

House is a connective cultural tissue that brings people together under the vise of dancing, sometimes at 120 beats per minute. The 120 project looks at distinct music cultures and presents how House music can inspire intercultural exchange and collaboration. This iteration of The 120 Project will focus on global sounds and house music.

Latinx and World Music Celebrations: ¡Súbelo!

Harrison Park, 1824 S. Wood St.

A celebration of Latinx music and culture — part of the Protect Chicago Music Series (Chicago.gov/PCMS).

The concert, featuring MOLOTOV and other Latinx performers, is one of two events in Harrison Park over the weekend and will only be open to Chicago residents age 18 and up with a ticket who are fully vaccinated by August 21. The event will also offer food from local restaurants, artisan vendors, and more.
